Vivek Kumar gets extension as Director, CVC

The central deputation tenure of Vivek Kumar (IDES:2005) as Director in the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has been prolonged. As per an official directive released by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday, September 21, 2023, the competent authority has given consent to extend Mr. Kumar’s deputation period. This extension allows Mr. Kumar to continue his tenure beyond October 16, 2023, until July 30, 2024, to account for the time he spent on the 63rd NDC Course at the National Defence College, New Delhi.
