The Union Ministry of Home Affairs has expanded the role of senior IPS officer R P Upadhyay (IPS:1991:AGMUT). While presently serving as Special CP in the Perception Management & Media Cell Division and Ops. (PCR & Communication), he has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Special CP in the Licensing and Legal Division.
