Haryana: Nine senior IAS officers shifted

In a significant administrative overhaul, the Haryana government issued transfer and posting directives on Sunday for nine senior bureaucrats within the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. TVSN Prasad (IAS:1988:HY), ACS, Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice Departments, Nodal Officer for COVID-19 for coordination with all stakeholders, Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and ACS, Cooperation Department, has been transferred and posted as ACS, Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments, Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and ACS, Cooperation Department.
2. Sudhir Rajpal (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department and ACS Civil Aviation Department, has been transferred and posted as ACS, Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice Departments and ACS, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department.
3. Sumita Misra (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Medical Education & Research Department and ACS, Women and Child Development Department, has been transferred and posted as ACS, Medical Education & Research Department and ACS, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department.
4. Dr. Raja Sekhar Vundru (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Housing for All Department and ACS, Foreign Cooperation Department, has been transferred and posted ACS, Housing for All Department and ACS, Civil Aviation Department.
5. V Umashakar (IAS:1993:HY), Principal Secretary, Chief Minister and Principal Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department, has been given additional charge of posts of Principal Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Languages and Cultural Department and Principal Secretary, Foreign Cooperation Department.
6. Vijayendra Kumar (IAS:1995:HY), Principal Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department and Chief Executive Officer, Saraswati Heritage Board, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary,, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department and Principal Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department.
7. Rajeev Ranjan (IAS:1998:HY), waiting for posting, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Labour Department.
8. Pankaj Agarwal (IAS:2000:HY), Commissioner & Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Commissioner & Secretary, Irrigation & Water Resources Department and Commissioner & Secretary, Personnel Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, Commissioner & Secretary, Irrigation & Water Resources Department and Commissioner & Secretary, Personnel Department.
9. Amneet P Kumar (IAS:2001:HY), Commissioner & Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Women & Child Development Department.
