Chhatisgarh: 14 IAS officers shifted; Korba, Bilaspur get new Collectors

The Chhattisgarh government on Saturday (29.07.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 14 IAS officers including two district collectors.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Amrit Kumar Khalko (IAS:2002:CG), Secretary, Labour Department with additional charges of Secretary, Governor, and Labour Commissioner, has been transferred and posted as posted as Secretary, Social Welfare Department with additional charges of Secretary, Governor and Commissioner, Social Welfare.
2. Alarmelmangai D (IAS:2004:CG), Secretary, GAD, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Labour Department.
3. Ankit Anand (IAS:2006:CG), Secretary, Energy Department with additional charges of Chairman, CG State Power Company, Secretary to CM, and Secretary, Finance, Chairman, Pension Resolution Committee, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, CM with additional charges of Secretary, Finance and Chairman, Pension Resolution Committee, Secretary, Energy Department and Chairman, CG State Power Company.
4. Yashwant Kumar (IAS:2007:CG), Secretary, Commercial Taxes (Registration) with additional charge of MD, Chhattisgarh State Beverage Corporation, has been given additional charge of MD, Chhattisgarh State Mandi Board, Raipur.
5. Janak Prasad Pathak (IAS:2007:CG), Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Housing and Environment Department with additional charges of Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Commercial Taxes (Excise) Department and Excise Commissioner, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Urban and Rural Investment.
6. Bheem Singh (IAS:2008:CG), Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, has been transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner, Chhattisgarh.
7. Saurabh Kumar (IAS:2009:CG), Collector, Bilaspur, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Korba.
8. K D Kunjam (IAS:2009:CG), Special Secretary, GAD with additional charge of Controller, Food and Drugs Administration, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Bilaspur Division.
9. Ramesh Kumar Sharma (IAS:2010:CG), Director, Social Welfare with additional charges of Director, Land Records, Director, Printing and Stationery, Director, Religious Trust and Endowment, Registrar, Cooperative Societies, has been transferred and posted as Director, Land Records with additional charge of Director, Printing and Stationery, Director, Religious Trust and Endowment, Registrar, Cooperative Societies and Controller, Food and Drugs Administration.
10. Sanjeev Kumar Jha (IAS:2011:CG), Collector, Korba, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Bilaspur.
11. Jitendra Kumar Shukla (IAS:2011:CG), Joint Secretary, Housing and Environment Department with additional charges of Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been transferred and posted as MD, CG Tourism Board, Raipur with additional charge of Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
12. Chandan Sanjay Tripathi (IAS:2016:CG), Director, Veterinary Services with additional charge of Project Director, Chiraag Project, has been given additional charge of Director, Agriculture, Agriculture and Incharge officer, Yuva Mitan Club.
13. Pratishtha Mamgain (IAS:2018:CG), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur (Sarguja) with additional charge of Additional Collector, Sarguja, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Korba.
14. Abhishek Kumar (IAS:2020:CG), SDO (Revenue), Manendragarh, Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur District, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur (Sarguja).
