The Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday (06.07.2023) recommended the transfer of Justice P Sam Koshy to the Telangana High Court. Presently, Justice Koshy is a Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court.
The resolution passed by the Collegium on July 06 said that Justice Koshy had opted for his transfer out of the Chhattisgarh High Court. Therefore, acceding to his request, the Collegium on July 05 proposed his transfer to the Madhya Pradesh High Court. However, Justice Koshy requested a transfer to any High Court other than the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, the resolution said.
