The central deputation tenure of Provash Ranjan Biswas (IOFS:2002) as Director in the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) has been extended for a period of two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (14.06.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Biswas for a period of two years beyond 26.08.2023 and upto 26.08.2025, or until further order, whichever is earlier.
