Rohit Kumar Singh (IAS:1989:RJ), Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Department of Food and Public Distribution. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (12.05.2023), the competent authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post to Mr. Singh from 13.05.2023 to 27.05.2023 during the period of absence on leave of Sanjeev Chopra (IAS:1990:OR).
