There is growing unhappiness among the bureaucrats of the state because of the growing interference of the PS and Addl. PS of ministers in the administrative matters. They have shared there concern and unhappiness with the chief minister during the meeting convened to improve governance. The officers informed the Chief Minister that it’s practically impossible to meet ministers without involving PS and Addl. PS.
