The Kerala government has issued transfer and posting orders for thirteen IAS officers.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
- V P Joy (IAS:1987:KL), Chief Secretary, will hold the full additional charge of Chief Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Official Language) Department.
- A Jayathilak (IAS:1991:KL), Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Taxes and Excise Department. He will also hold the full additional charges of Additional Chief Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department as well as the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Department.
- Mohammed Hanish (IAS:1996:KL), Principal Secretary, Industries, was transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department. He will also hold the full additional charge of Principal Secretary, Housing Department.
- Suman Billa (IAS:1996:KL), Principal Secretary, Industries, will hold the additional charges of Principal Secretary, Industries Department.
- Rani George (IAS:1996:KL), Principal Secretary, Social Justice, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, General Education Department. She will also hold the full additional charge of Principal Secretary, Woman and Child Development Department.
- Dr. Sharmila Mary Joseph (IAS:1997:KL), Principal Secretary, Local Self-Government, will hold the full additional charge of Principal Secretary, Social Justice Department.
- Mini Antony (IAS:2002:KL), Secretary, Cooperation, will hold the full additional charge of Secretary, Minority Welfare Department.
- Rathan U Kelkar (IAS:2003:KL), Secretary, I-T, will hold the full additional charges of Secretary, Health and Family Welfare (Medical Education) Department as well as Secretary, Kerala University of Health Sciences.
- Ajith Kumar (IAS:2006:KL), Secretary, Labour, will hold the full additional charge of Secretary, Industries (Coir, Handloom and Cashew) Department.
- Bhandari Swagat Ranveerchand (IAS:2010:KR) has been posted as Managing Director, Kerala Water Authority.
- Inbasekar K (IAS:2015:KL), Inspector-General, Registration, has been transferred and posted as District Collector, Kasaragod.
- Arun K Vijayan (IAS:2016:KL), Director, Urban Affairs, is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Entrance Examinations. He will continue to hold the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited.
- Meghashree DR (IAS:2016:KL), Kannur District Development Commissioner, has been transferred and posted as Registration IG.
