Yashpal Singh Tomar has been selected for the post of Director(Network Planning & Marketing), RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL) at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on March 16, 2023. Presently, he is serving as Divisional Railway Manager, Indian Railways Service of Signal Engineers.
He will be appointed to the post of Director(Network Planning & Marketing) after receiving vigilance clearances and approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
