M Vellaipandi appointed as DG of STQC, Chennai

M Vellaipandi has been appointed to the post of Director General (DG) of the Standardization Testing and Quality Certification Directorate (STQC), Chennai. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on January 10, 2022, approved the appointment of Mr. Vellaipandi to the post of DG, STQC. Prior to this appointment, he was serving as Scientist ‘F’ in STQC.
