The Punjab government on Tuesday (11.10.2022) issued transfer and posting orders for 10 IAS officers across the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Nilkanth S Avhad (IAS:1999:PB): Secretary, Public Works Department (Building & Roads) with additional charge of Secretary, Technical Education & Industrial Training.
- Gurkirat Kirpal Singh (IAS:2001:PB): Secretary, Tourism & Cultural Affairs.
- Ritu Aggarwal (IAS:2005:PB): Secretary, Home Affairs & Justice.
- Pradeep Kumar Agrawal (IAS:2006:PB):Secretary, School Education with additional charge of Director General, School Education.
- Arvind Pal Singh Sandhu (IAS:2009:PB):Managing Director, SUGARFED with additional charge of Special Secretary, Home Affairs & Justice.
- Girish Dayalan (IAS:2011:PB):Special Secretary, Governance Reforms & Public Grievances with additional charge of Director, Grievance Reforms & Public Grievances and Director, MGSIPA.
- Amit Talwar (IAS:2013:PB): Special Secretary, Planning with additional charge of Deputy Commissioner, SAS Nagar.
- Paramjit Singh (IAS:2014:PB): Additional Secretary, NRI Affairs.
- Ajay Arora (IAS:2016:PB): Additional Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment & Minorities.
- Sona Thind (IAS:2017:PB): Additional Secretary, Labour.
