PESB fails to find suitable candidate for Director (Finance), PDIL

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has failed to find a suitable candidate for the post of Director (Finance), Project & Development India Limited (PDIL) at a selection meeting held on July 12, 2022. The PESB interviewed only one candidate, Shankar Lal Samadani, Additional General Manager, PDIL for the job following which it announced that the administrative ministry/department might exercise alternative options to fill up the post.
