Uttarakhand: 24 IAS officers transferred

The Uttarakhand government on Saturday (09.07.2022) issued the transfer and posting orders of 24 IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Sachin Kurve (IAS:2003:UK), Secretary, Rural Development, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Commissioner, Food and CPD, UGVS-REAP, has been given additional charge of Secretary Tourism and CEO, Tourism Development Board and relieved of the charge of Secretary Rural Development.
2. Dilip Jawalkar (IAS:2003:UK), Secretary, Tourism, Civil Aviation and CEO, Tourism Development Board, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Finance and relieved of the charge of Secretary, Tourism and CEO, Tourism Development Council.
3. Dr BVRC Purushottam (IAS:2004:UK), Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Dairy Development, Fisheries, Cooperatives and Director, Mahila Dairy, Dairy Development has been given additional charge of Secretary, Rural Development and CPD, UGVS-REAP and relieved of the charge of Director, Mahila Dairy and Dairy Development.
4. Vinod Kumar Suman (IAS:2007:UK), Secretary (In-charge), Urban Development, GAD, Protocol, State Properties and Secretariat Administration has been relieved of the charge of Secretary (In-charge), Urban Development.
5. Dr R Rajesh Kumar (IAS:2007:UK), DM, Dehradun and CEO, Smart City, Dehradun has been relieved of the charge of CEO, Smart City, Dehradun.
6. Ranveer Singh Chauhan (IAS:2009:UK), Additional Secretary, Language, Information, Culture and Endowment, DG, Culture, Secretary, Hindi Academy, Director, Bhasha Sansthan, DG, Information, Commissioner, Transport, MD, SIDCUL, DG/ Commissioner, Industries and CEO, Uttarakhand Khandi Gramodyog Board, has been relieved of the charge of MD, SIDCUL and Additional Secretary, Language, Secretary, Hindi Academy and Director, Bhasha Sansthan.
7. Yugal Kishore Pant (IAS:2009:UK), DM, Udham Singh Nagar, has been given additional charge of the post of MD, Terai Seed Development Corporation.
8. Sonika (IAS:2010:UK), Additional Secretary, Medical, Health & Family Welfare, will also hold the charge of CEO, Smart City, Dehradun.
9. Iva Ashish Shrivastava (IAS:2010:UK), DM, Tehri, Director, Tehri Dam Rehabilitation Project and Vice-Chairman, District Level Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Drinking Water, Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission (Rural), Director, Swajal and Director Panchayati Raj.
10. Nitin Singh Bhadauria (IAS:2011:UK), Additional Secretary, Drinking Water, Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission (Rural), Director, Swajal and Commissioner, Excise, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Aninal Husbandry, Fisheries and Diary and Diary Development.
11. Swati S Bhadauria (IAS:2011:UK), Additional Secretary, Governor, MD, GMVN, Project Director, Uttarakhand Project Development and Construction Corporation Ltd, Irrigation Department, has been given additional charge of Additional Secretary, Language, Secretary, Hindi Academy, and Bhasha Sansthan and relieved of the charge of MD, GMVN.
12. Vineet Kumar (IAS:2013:UK), DM, Bageshwar, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Public Works and Forest.
13. Reena Joshi (IAS:2013:UK), Additional Secretary, Rural Development, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, APD, ILSP and PD, UGVS-REAP has been transferred and posted as DM, Bageshwar.
14. Rohit Meena (IAS:2014:UK), Additional Secretary, Finance, Planning with additional charge of MD, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation,has been given additional charge of MD, State Infrastructure & Industrial Development Corporation Uttarakhand Ltd (SIIDCUL).
15. Nitika Khandelwal (IAS:2015:UK), Chief Development Officer, Dehradun, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Rural Development, APD, ILSP and PD, UGVS-REAP.
16. Saurabh Gaharwar (IAS:2016:UK), Chief Development Officer, Dehradun, has been transferred and posted as DM, Tehri, Director, Tehri Dam Rehabilitation Project and Vice-Chairman, District Level Development Authority.
17. Namami Bansal (IAS:2017:UK), Chief Development Officer, Tehri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Technical Education.
18. Prateek Jain (IAS:2018:UK), Deputy Collector Nainital, has been transferred and posted as Chief Development Officer, Haridwar.
19. Vishal Mishra (IAS:2018:UK), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rudrapur, has been transferred and posted as Chief Development Officer, Udham Singh Nagar with additional charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rudrapur.
20. Apurva Pandey (IAS:2018:UK), Joint Magistrate, Dehradun has been transferred and posted as Chief Development Officer, Pauri.
21. Manish Kumar (IAS:2018:UK), Deputy Collector, Dehradun, has been transferred and posted as Chief Development Officer, Tehri.
22. Akanksha Verma (IAS:2018:UK), Joint Magistrate, Dehradun, has been transferred and posted as GM, SIIDCUL.
23. Anshul Singh (IAS:2018:UK), Joint Magistrate, Roorkee with additional Charge of Deputy Fair Officer (Kumbh Mela), Haridwar has been transferred and posted as Chief Development Officer, Almora.
24. Navneet Pandey (IAS:2018:UK), Chief Development Officer, Almora, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Director Urban Development, Dehradun.
