Modi government empanels 27 IAS officers of 1991 batch for Secretary level posts

In a major move, the Modi government on Thursday (07.07.2022) cleared the empanelment of 27 IAS officers of the 1991 batch for holding Secretary-level posts. Of them, 17 officers have been selected for secretary and secretary-level posts, while ten have been cleared for posts equivalent to the level of secretaries.
