Punjab : 08 IAS/IFS officers shifted, GK Sapra gets addl. charge of Commissioner, Jalandhar

The Punjab government on Monday (23.05.2022) issued transfer and posting orders of eight IAS/IFS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Gurpreet Kaur Sapra (IAS:2005:PB): Secretary, Finance with additional charge of Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar.
2. Pradeep Kumar (IAS:2007:PB): Special Secretary, Transport with additional charge of Special Secretary, Freedom Fighters.
3. Neelima (IAS:2008:PB): MD, Punjab Health System Corporation with additional charges of CEO, State Health Agency and Commissioner, Food & Drug Administration.
4. Vishesh Sarangal (IAS:2013:PB): Deputy Commissioner, Kapurthala with additional charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kapurthala.
5. Karnail Singh (IAS:2015:PB): Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar.
6. Rajiv Kumar Gupta (IAS:2016:PB): Secretary, Punjab State Board for Technical Education and Industrial Training with additional charge of DPI (Colleges).
7. T Benith (IAS:2018:PB): ADC (Rural Development), Mansa with additional charge of ADC (Urban Development), Mansa.
8. Manish Kumar (IFS:2006): Director, Environment and Climate Change.
