Ms Renuka Kumar (IAS:1987:UP) was on Wednesday (15.12.2021) given additional charge of Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment and Secretary, National Commission for Backward classes from 17.12.2021 to 26.12.2021 during the period of absence on leave of R Subramanyam (IAS:1985:AP). Presently, she is hold charge of Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs.
