Santanu Kumar Agrahari appointed as Private Secretary to Union Minister Dr. Virendra Singh

Santanu Kumar Agrahari (IAS:2012:JH) was on Wednesday (24.11.2021) appointed as Private Secretary to Dr. Virendra Kumar, Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), he has been appointed to the post for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Prior to this, Agrahari worked as Director of Census Operations /Director of Citizen Registration, Jharkhand.
