Senior IAS officer Anand Bardhan (IAS:1992:UK) has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Presently, he is Additional Chief Secretary, Forest and Environment, Excise, Higher Education, Watershed Management, Chief Project Director, Watershed Management and Infrastructure Development Commissioner.
