Bishwadip Dey appointed as OSD, Department of Atomic Energy

Bishwadip Dey (IFS:2001) on Monday appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (JS level), Department of Atomic Energy for a period of three years vice Jayant N Khobragade (IFS:1995).
