Ashish Kumar Singh Arya appointed as Adviser SCO Secretariat, Beijing

Ashish Kumar Singh Arya (IFS:2008) has been appointed as Adviser in the Shanghai Coorperation Organization (SCO) Secretariat, Beijing for a period of three years. He will replace Krishna K (IFS:2012).
