Delhi : 08 IPS officers transferred

The Ministry of Home Affairs has effected a reshuffle in Delhi police by transferring as many as eight IPS officers on Tuesday.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. David Lalrinsanga (IPS:1995:AGMUT) : Spl. CP, P & L.
2. Devesh Chandra (IPS:1995:AGMUT) : Spl. CP, EOW.
3. I D Shukla (IPS:1995:AGMUT) : Spl. CP, Security.
4. Sagar Preet Hooda (IPS:1997:AGMUT) : Joint CP, Special Cell.
5. O P Mishra (IPS:2002:AGMUT) : Joint CP, Licensing.
6. A V Deshpande (IPS:2006:AGMUT) : Addl. CP, SPUWAC.
7. Geeta Rani Verma (IPS:2007:AGMUT) : Addl. CP, Armed Police.
8. Romila Baaniya (IPS:2007:AGMUT) : Addl. CP, G.A.
