Rahul Ranjan Mahiwal (IAS:2005:BH) was on Tuesday given additional charge of the post of Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger. Presently, he is serving as Commissioner, Purnea Division, Purnea with additional charge of Commissioner, Kosi Division, Saharsa.
