The Narendra Modi government on Friday appointed Amarjeet Sinha (Retd IAS:1983:BH) and Bhaskar Khulbe (Retd IAS:1983:WB) as Advisor to Prime Minister for an initial period of two years in the rank and scale of Secretary to the Government of India.
