Bihar : Three officers transferred

The Bihar government on Monday issued transfer posting orders of two IAS officers and an ITS officer.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Abhay Raj (IAS:2006:BH) : Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Housing.
2. Keshvendra Kumar (IAS:2008:KL) : Additional Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries.
3. Manish Kumar (ITS:2000) : Special Secretary, Building Construction.
