The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Saturday (18.01.2025) approved the empanelment of 88 officers for promotion to grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCIT) in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) for the panel years 2024 (Supplementary Panel) and 2025 (Regular panel).
