Centre notifies appointment of 11 Judges to MP High Court

Seven Judges and four Additional Judges appointed to Madhya Pradesh High Court as per Union Government notification on July 28, 2025.

In a significant development, the Union Government on Monday (July 28, 2025) notified the appointment of 11 judges to the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The list includes seven Judges and four Additional Judges, strengthening the judicial capacity of the High Court.

The seven appointed Judges are:

  1. Pushpendra Yadav
  2. Anand Singh Bahrawat
  3. Ajay Kumar Nirankari
  4. Jai Kumar Pillai
  5. Hirnanshu Joshi
  6. Ramkumar Choubey
  7. Rajesh Kumar Gupta

Additionally, the following four judicial officers have been appointed as Additional Judges:

  1. Alok Awasthi
  2. Ratnesh Chandra Singh Bisen
  3. Bhagwati Prasad Sharma
  4. Pradeep Mittal
