40 ITAT members get posting orders

The Ministry of Law and Justice has issued posting orders for forty members (Judicial & Accountancy) in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). These orders come after almost two and a half months, following the central government's clearance of their appointments to the ITAT.

The Ministry of Law and Justice has issued posting orders for forty members (Judicial & Accountancy) in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). These orders come after almost two and a half months, following the central government’s clearance of their appointments to the ITAT.

Assignments for Judicial Members are designated at the following locations:

  1. Narinder Kumar (Retd District Judge): Chandigarh.
  2. Vimal Kumar (District Judge): Delhi.
  3. Sudhir Pareek (District Judge): Delhi.
  4. Sunil Kumar Singh -I (Retd District Judge): Mumbai.
  5. Pradip Kumar Choubey (District Judge): Kolkata.
  6. Kamal Kant (Retd District Judge): Kolkata.
  7. Raj Kumar Chauhan (Retd District Judge): Mumbai.
  8. Sudhir Kumar (District Judge): Delhi.
  9. Anil Kumar Dugar (Advocate): Bangalore.
