14 officers empanelled for IRMS cadre GM-level posts, six posted as GM, Railways

The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet on Thursday (27.04.2023) cleared the empanelment of 14 officers for holding General Manager (GM) rank (Level-16) posts of IRMS. Further, six out of fourteen were posted as GM Railways. It may be underlined that 81 officers applied for empanelment of which 14 made the cut.

They are;

1. Laxmi Raman Trivedi (IRSME:1987)
2. PK Garg (IRSE:1987)
3. M Amrendra (IRSME:1987)
4. Debi Prasad Dash (IRSEE:1987)
5. AP Dwivedi (IRSE:1987)
6. A K Rana (IRSME:1987)
7. Anil Kumar Mishra (IRSSE:1987)
8. Shirish Kr Sinha (IRSEE:1987)
9. Amitabh (IRSME:1987)
10. Milind K Deouskar (IRSS:1987)
11. Chetan Srivastava (IRSEE:1987)
12. R Rajagopal (IRSME:1987)
13. Ashok Kumar Verma (IRSS:1987)
14. U Subba Rao (IRSME:1987)

The following six officers were posted to GM-level posts out of 14 empanelled for those posts.

1. Laxmi Raman (IRSME:1987): Additional Member (Planning), Railway Board. He is all set to retire this month.
2. Pradeep Kumar Garg (IRSE:1987): Secretary, Railway Board
3. M Amarendra (IRSME:1987): GM, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelhanka (Bengaluru)
4. Debi Prasad Dash (IRSEE:1987): GM, Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW)
5. Amar Prakash Dwivedi (IRSE:1987): GM, Eastern Railway, Kolkata
6. Ajay Kumar Rana (IRSME:1987): DG, Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO), Lucknow.
