11 CVOs appointed in various PSUs and departments

The Modi government, on Monday, appointed 11 Chief Vigilance officers (CVOs) in various PSUs and departments.

1. Somanath Hansdah (IRSS:1995) : CVO, National Aluminium Company Ltd. (NALCO), Bhubaneswar with additional charge of the post of CVO, Hindustan Copper Ltd. (HCL), Kolkata.
2. Ashok Kumar (IP&T AFS:1992) : CVO, Rail India Technical & Economic Service (Rites), Delhi.
3. Piyush Kumar Gupta (IRSSE:1990) : CVO, Food Corporation of India (FCI), Delhi.
4. Shankar Lal Bhalotia (IP&T AFS:1992) : CVO, Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), Kolkata with additional charge of CVO, North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Ltd. (NEEPCO), Shillong.
5. Ms. Preeti Mahto (IP&T AFS:2000) : CVO, Kolkata Port Trust (KoPT), Kolkata with additional charge of the post of CVO, Paradip Port Trust (PPT), Paradip.
6. Pradeep Kumar Jituka (IRSME:1998) : CVO, Vishakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT), Vishakhapatnam.
