The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has cleared the empanelment of 10 IPS officers from 1995 to 2001 batches for holding Inspector General and equivalent rank posts in the Government of India.
They are;

- Dinesh Kumar Yadav (IPS:1998:HP)
- Gopesh Agarwal (IPS:1998:KL)
- K M Mallikarjuna Prasanna (IPS:2000:MH)
- S R Sarvanan (IPS:2000:NL)
- Prashant Kumar –II (IPS:2000:UP)
- T S Anbu (IPS:2001:TN)
- Alok Kumar Vashistha (IPS:1998:RJ)
- Padmaja Chauhan (IPS:1998:UP)
