The Modi government, on Monday, cleared the empanelment of as many as 4 IPS officers of 1997 batch to hold Joint Secretary or equivalent rank posts in Govt of India.
They are :
1. Saurabh Tripathi (IPS:1997:TR)
2. Rajesh Subarno (IPS:1997:WB)
3. Viplav Kumar Choudhry(IPS:1997:JK)
4. Markrand Deoskar (IPS:1997:MP)
