Chennai: In a major reshuffle in the state police department, the home department had ordered transfers and postings of as many as 18 officers on Tuesday.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
1. Mahesh Kumar Aggarwal: Additional commissioner of police, Chennai South.
2. R. Dhinakaran : Additional commissioner of Police, Chennai North.
3. M.C. Sarangan : IG, State Crime Records Bureau.
4. H.M. Jayaram : IG, Establishment, DGP office.
5. Sailesh Kumar Yadav : ADGP, Social justice and human rights, Chennai.
7. Su. Arunachalam : ADGP, Tamil Nadu police transport corporation.
8. C. Sridhar : IG, Crime CID.
9. P. Nagarajan : IG, North Zone.
10. Submit Sharan : IG, Enforcement.
11. P. Thangadurai : Deputy commissioner (law and order), Salem city.
12. C. Shyamala Devi : Deputy commissioner (crime and traffic), Salem city.
13. H. Jayalakshmi : SP, Commercial Crime Investigation Wing,CID.
