Whistleblower Haryana Cadre IAS Officer Ashok Khemka (IAS:1991:HY) gets relief and appreciation from the Punjab and Haryana High Court, which not only expunged the adverse remarks made on his annual appraisal report, by CM Manohar Lal Khattar, but also emphasises on the need to protect the rights of honest officers. The division bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court headed by Justices Kuldeep Singh and Rajiv Sharma emphasises that ” Senior IAS officer’s integrity is beyond doubt and he needs to be protected from the damage done to his career ” .
