The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of nineteen officers for promotion to the grade of Principal Chief Commissioner/ Principal Director General in Custom & Central Excise in the Indian Revenue Service (C&CE) in the Apex scale. Nine of them are in Regular Panel (FY 2018-19) whereas ten are in the Extended-panel (2019).
